Delete your account

Towers Fitness by Towers Fantasy World Inc.

You can ask us to delete your Towers Fitness account and all the data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to joaovictorspteixeira@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Towers Fitness account".
2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to the game (for Sign in with Apple accounts that hide your email, tell us the name shown in your Profile tab).
3. We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in information.
• Your profile: display name, birth date, gender, height and weight.
• Health-derived data we stored when you synced (daily totals and the XP calculated from them).
• Your game progress: character, level, XP, skills, currency, inventory, quests, battle and world history.

What we may keep

• Purchase records, only for as long as the law or the app stores require.
• Data inside Apple Health or Health Connect is not stored by us and is not affected; you manage it in those apps.

Only want to start over? Profile → Reset account in the app resets your levels, quests and appearance but keeps your account. Deleting your account cannot be undone.
