Privacy Policy
Towers Fitness is a role-playing game that turns your real-world activity into progress for your character. It is made by Towers Fantasy World Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
The short version: we read the health and fitness data you allow, only to calculate your in-game XP and stats. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we never use your health data for advertising.
1. Information we collect
Account information
- Email address and password (stored by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see your password), or the basic profile shared by Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple (name and email).
- Display name you choose in the game.
Profile information you enter
- Birth date and gender, used to personalize your character and confirm you meet the minimum age.
- Height and weight (you can type them or import them from Apple Health / Health Connect).
Health and fitness data (only with your permission)
On iPhone the app reads from Apple Health (HealthKit); on Android it reads from Health Connect, which may contain data written by apps such as Samsung Health, Google Fit or Fitbit. Depending on the permissions you grant, we read:

If you edit your height or weight in the app, we may write that value back to Apple Health / Health Connect, only if you allowed it. When you sync, we store the resulting totals and the XP calculated from them (for example, the number of steps counted for the day) on our servers so your progress follows you across devices. You can revoke these permissions at any time in Apple Health or Health Connect settings.
Game data
- Character appearance, level, XP, skills, currency, inventory, quests, battle history and world progress.
- Purchases: if you buy something in the game, the payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive a purchase receipt and product ID, never your card or bank details.
Device information
- Notification preferences (for example your daily reminder time), stored on your device. Reminders are local notifications scheduled by your phone.
- Basic technical information needed to run the service, such as the app version and the device platform.
Website beta sign-up
If you join the beta on towersfantasy.com we collect your name, email, birth date, device type and how often you exercise, plus a one-way hash of your IP address (to prevent spam) and your browser's user agent.
2. How we use information
- To create and secure your account and keep your progress in sync.
- To turn your activity into XP, stats, quests and rewards inside the game.
- To send the reminders you turned on.
- To validate purchases and deliver what you bought.
- To contact beta sign-ups about testing.
- To keep the service working, fix problems and prevent abuse.
We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build advertising profiles, and the app contains no third-party ads or ad tracking.
3. Health data: limited use
Health and fitness data is used only to provide the game features described above. In particular:
- We do not sell health data, and we do not transfer it to third parties except the service providers listed below that host it on our behalf.
- We do not use it for advertising, marketing, or to determine credit-worthiness, insurance or employment eligibility.
- People at Towers Fantasy World Inc. do not read it, except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.
The use of information received from Health Connect adheres to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from Apple HealthKit is used in line with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and is never shared with advertising or data-broker platforms.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that run parts of the service for us, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database and server functions.
- Google and Apple — sign-in, app distribution and purchases.
- Hostinger — hosting of this website and the beta sign-up list.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our players, or as part of a merger or acquisition (in which case this policy will continue to apply). We never sell personal information.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and game data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your account, profile, health-derived data and game progress within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records by law (for example, purchase records). Beta sign-up data is kept until the beta ends or you ask us to remove it.
6. Your choices and rights
- Health permissions: change them anytime in Apple Health (Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices) or in Health Connect (App permissions → Towers Fitness).
- Notifications: turn them off in the app (Profile → Notifications) or in your phone's settings.
- Access, correction and deletion: you can edit your profile in the app, ask us for a copy of your data, or delete your account — see Delete your account.
- US state privacy rights: depending on where you live (for example California), you may have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email us; we may need to verify your identity.
7. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with Google Cloud's security controls. Access to our backend is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
8. Children
Towers Fitness is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the app with a parent's or guardian's permission. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. Parents who believe their child gave us information can contact us.
9. International users
We are based in the United States. Our service providers may process your information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. Wherever it is processed, it is protected as described in this policy.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and let you know in the app or by email before the changes take effect.
